Our direct client is looking for a SharePoint Migration Support in Harrisburg , PA (remote) (1099/C2C).
Initially Remote but the candidate has to be onsite as adhoc basis.
Job Title : SharePoint Migration Support
Job Type : Contract
Location : Harrisburg , PA
Job Responsibilities: The resource's duties will include administrative, management and professional work required for executing the migration of legacy file shares to SharePoint Online at the direction of the assigned project manager.
This includes full accountability for supporting the project by exhibiting, but not limited to the following
Coordination with multiple organizations involving stakeholders.
Using basic technical skills and documented workplans to ensure migrations are completed in a timely manner
Coordinating and facilitating status update and working sessions
Preparing presentations and agendas, as well as, providing meeting minutes
Execution of the project plan to migrate data from on-prem network shares to SharePoint online
Ensure that issues/risks are documented and reported to the project manager for escalatioin as needed
Providing weekly updates on project activities to Project Manager.
