Job Title: Display Software Engineer

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: Long term contract

Project Description

• We are looking for a core team member to join the team of our client - a world leader in consumer electronic devices (under NDA at this step), where the focus will be on porting MAT Lab Algo's for Display to IPL and a respective level of experience needed to work with the codebase.

Responsibilities

• You would be working with image processing algorithms.
• A draft of the algorithm will be provided as Mat lab code but the implementation must be done in C++ with the aim of accuracy and good performance.
• During the process you will be challenged with situations where a direct solution is not at hands and the implementation of articles on Image Processing procedures must be applied to provide a solution.
• You will also work on creating profiling frameworks and optimization of existing code base to run processing in parallel for reducing execution time.

Skills Must have

• Strong C++ skills
• Image Processing
• MATLAB
