Description:
Acclaimed restaurant group in San Francisco with Michelin Star restaurants to fast-casual shops is seeking a seasoned and talented Executive Chef to join our team. This is for a new project in which our company is taking over the F&B program for an iconic hotel in SF. The EC will be spearheading the project and overseeing service, menu engineering, forecasting, cost tracking and cost control. The EC will oversee the main dining outlet as well as the bar, IRD and banquets. Hotel experience preferred.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience as an EC or senior Chef and preferably have hotel or multi-unit supervision experience. Strong leadership skills and team development along with positive coaching mentality is key. Precise attention to detail, consistency and organization are all a must for success in this role. ServSafe Manager certificate or equivalent required.
