We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. - Create and manage a weekly newsletter, curating valuable content, updates, and promotions for subscribers.
- Engage with customers through direct messages (DMs), comments, and other interactions on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries.
- Manage and curate our Pinterest account, creating visually appealing pins and boards to drive engagement and attract target audience.
- Edit videos for reels and short-form content, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging storytelling.
- Develop systems and processes for onboarding new ambassadors, streamlining the process and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Create collages featuring new product drops, showcasing the range and generating excitement among customers.
- Maintain an updated and organized list of the customer base, tracking information and preferences to provide personalized experiences.
- Follow up with customers who made purchases, gathering testimonials and feedback to enhance our brand reputation and inform future marketing strategies.
- Assist with various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to contribute to different aspects of business.
Requirements - Experience in digital marketing and content creation is a must, with a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, content management, and analytics.
- You MUST be available during regular business hours.
- Interest or knowledge in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus, enabling effective communication and understanding of target audience.
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions, newsletters, and visual content.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects and responses.
- Strong organizational skills, intuitively creating systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering positive customer relationships and conveying information effectively.
- Availability to work 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust workload as needed.
- Must be located in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone.
