Spectrum Comm Inc is seeking a highly motivated MESF Training Analyst to join our team in the Defense & Space industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of Navy / Joint Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures and Naval PQS/JQR to develop standardized basic and advanced training for Patrol Boat (PB) crews.
• Conduct analysis of MESF directives, service warfighting publications, and force-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to develop / refine Unit Level Training (ULT) and its associated training support materials.
• Conduct analysis of other service aviation instructions, policy, and guidelines to develop and maintain standardized United States Navy (USN) Aircraft Security Team (AST) training support materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS) / Job Qualification Requirement (JQR), measures of performance, and NTAs.

Requirements

• o Active SECRET clearance o At least 10 years of Instructional Systems Design experience o At least 3 years of practical Naval Education Training Command (NETC) experience in the last 5 years in content planning module and authoring instructional materials
