Job Description and Tasks: Spectrum is seeking a Missile Operations Support Analyst who has responsibility to provide US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) J36 Division with advisory and assistance services in the areas of technical support to policies and procedures, personnel records management, crew scheduling, training, IT system management, and partner support. A successful candidate will be an missile operations, training, and have experience in the IT systems used daily in the execution of missile operation duties. This position is based at Offutt AFB, Nebraska and remote work is not possible. Some travel (4 x year) is required.
Specific tasks include: - Provide support to Missile Operations policies and procedures development, personnel records management, and crew scheduling.
- Provide assistance with training and evaluations, simulations development, classroom and console instruction.
- Manage system hardware and software upgrades by working with the appropriate system owners to receive, track, and verify installation of approved hardware/software upgrades.
- Participate in meetings and joint conferences as approved by the Government for review and revalidation of all current and future Missile Operations requirements.
- Provide Exercise and Contingency support as required.
Education: Bachelor's degree
Security Clearance: TS with SCI Eligibility
Requirements - Possess more than five (5) years of combined demonstrated relevant experience with the following systems:
- Command and Control, Battle Management Communications (C2BMC)
- Processing and Display Subsystem Migration (PDS-M)
- Missile Analysis Reporting System (MARS)
- Force Survival Analysis and Management (FSAM)
- Joint Missile Defense Training System (JMDTS)
- Nuclear Planning and Execution System (NPES)
- Strategic Training Enterprise Network (STEN)
- Subscriber Terminal Network Terminal (ST/NT)
- Combatant Command Operations Center experience.
- Former qualified 13N (USAF) Nuclear and Missile Operations Officers highly desired
