pectrum Comm, Inc. is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a MESF Subject Matter Expert. As a member of our team, you will work alongside other highly skilled professionals for our clients in the defense and space industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of MESF warfighting programs to assess future training and readiness resourcing requirements for the OFRP / FRTP. Performance of this task will include the coordination/engagement with NECC / NECCPAC and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) organizations.
• Conduct research and analysis of Chief of Naval Operations instructions (OPNAVINST) and NECC / Naval Education Training Command (NETC) policy / guidelines to align standardized training support materials for MESF warfighting functional areas to support Instructional Systems Design.

Requirements

• o Active SECRET clearance o At least 3 years of CRF/MESF experience developing training and readiness initiatives in the last 5 years o At least 15 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification, preferably within the Navys expeditionary communities o Must have excellent oral briefing and writing skills to engage with leadership within MESF and organizations within the community of interest (O-5 if officer, E-9 if enlisted) and staff personnel
