Parallel Employment is searching for a part- time Front Desk Coordinator in our Dunkirk, NY location.
In this position your duties will include but are not limited to assisting new applicants with our application process, answering phones, data entry, answering employee questions, and supporting Recruiters.
This is a part time position 30-34 hours a week for 15-18 weeks. Opportunity could go longer for the right candidate.
Hours: 9 am - 3 pm; Monday - Friday (some flexibility with schedule is helpful)
Qualified candidates must have strong customer service background, and solid communication and computer skills. Ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects and tasks.
