Description:

Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze, verify, track, and recommend for development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of products and solutions
Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams. Participate in developing and delivering training programs for current and prospective users
Assist implementation team in configuring HIPAA rules based on System policies and legal requirements. Ensure processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements.
Provide customer support during and post implementation, conduct post implementation satisfaction surveys; advise management of results and recommends actions; troubleshoot issues and resolves concerns as well as recommend necessary fixes
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with Soarian which includes : Claim Administration, Claim Scrubbing, Denial Management, Remittance Processing, CDM, Charges, ICD 10 Codes, PC Codes
3+ years of experience with functional and configuration management
Understanding of revenue cycle workflows in the hospital system
Experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry
Good to Have: Java, .Net
