As a Technical Support Specialist with audio visual experience, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the firm, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of the audio visual systems. Client Details Top tier law firm located in San Francisco. Description The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support, remote and on-site troubleshooting, and system configuration.
- Offer first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing audio visual system issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems related to audio visual equipment, including projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing systems, and control systems.
- Respond to support tickets, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally, providing timely resolutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including firmware updates, software upgrades, and system backups, to keep audio visual systems up to date and secure.
Profile The successful Technical Support, Audio Visual Specialist will have the following experience:
- Experience in technical support, preferably in audio visual environments.
- Strong knowledge of audio visual technologies, including projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing systems, and control systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting audio visual hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
