Please note, this position requires the candidate be available to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week in the office and 'as needed' for special situations).
This is a position for a LAN Administration Manager. The project is the support of Division applications.
As a LAN Administration Manager with the Division of Developmental Disabilities, the candidate will perform advanced technical and application support functions including:
- Perform knowledgebase documentation with a focus on Division Infrastructure needs and changes
- Participate in team meetings with a focus on internal operational needs, issues, and solutions
- Perform Active Directory management for on premises and cloud solutions
- Perform Distributed File System structure on premises and cloud environments
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket support for Client's operational equipment (PCs, printers, network devices, and services)
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket support for Client's workstations, printers and other network devices
- Document tier 2 and tier 3 ticket solutions for Client's core applications
- Document tier 2 and tier 3 ticket solutions for Client's workstations, printers and other network devices
- Install, configure, and upgrade Division COTS and SaaS applications
- Perform Hardware Provisioning
- Perform Technology and Equipment Inventory Tracking
- Perform GPO Management
- Install and configure servers and virtual machines
- Perform advanced network device configuration and installation
- Analyze, enhance, and ensure network security
- Perform backup and restore processes
- Experience with SEIM integration
- Experience with Inune/Endpoint Manager
- Keep server and network equipment patched and updated
- Experience with MS Exchange configuration and troubleshooting
