Zero Labs Automotive is on a mission to bring Premium Classic Vehicles into the modern world through Electrification. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Inventory Support Specialist. You are the right fit if you are great at time management, you take pride in maintaining organization and can effectively communicate. As an Inventory Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is organized, properly stored and easily accessible.
This role is currently based in Gardena, CA and is primarily on-site. Please check the commute impact ahead of applying.
This is not a remote position.
What youll do:
Maintain and update inventory counts Tracking Purchase Orders (POs) for Maintenance, Repair, and Supplies (MROs) Maintain proper documentation for all received POs Receive orders into inventory database Stocking shelves with new inventory Kitting Cycle Counts Driving for local pick ups Provide inventory reports to Operations Team Assist with periodic inventory auditsRequirements
- Excellent intrapersonal skills and drive to establish new relationships to solve problems
- Fundamental understanding inventory processes
- Understanding of Spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
- Superior organizational skills, including ability to generate objective reports
- A hyper focus on documentation and traceability
- A positive, self-starting attitude that works well with others
- Forklift Certification is a plus!
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. at a time
