Senior Project Coordinator (PMO Specialist)

New York, NY 10039 - Hybrid

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. - NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is a onsite 12 Month Contract - NO C2C - NO EXCEPTIONS.

This role is Contract to Hire.

PMO experience is a MUST HAVE. Also, please do not submit PROJECT MANAGERS.

Job Duties

• Provide expert knowledge and advice to PMO manager on all aspects of project management.
• Assist with defining project governance and structure and meeting cadence.
• Assist with implementation of the playbook (standards and templates) and identifies applicable project artifacts
• Build and maintain a good, standard set of project artefact templates.
• Ensures project methodology is understood and implemented correctly.
• Create & maintain repository for project documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining SharePoint & Teams channels logs, folder structure.
• Gather and present data on the success of projects.
• Responsible for leading, documenting and presenting the end of project reviews and lesson learned exercises.

What you need to have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working within a team and independent
• 5-10 year of experience in PMO or Project Management
• Good presentation skills
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical skills

4. Do you have Planview experience.
