Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain the ForgeRock IAM or CIAM platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
Implement and manage user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and federation services.
Monitor and troubleshoot the ForgeRock environment, addressing any issues or incidents that may arise.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the ForgeRock platform.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest ForgeRock features, patches, and security vulnerabilities, and apply necessary upgrades or fixes.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding ForgeRock-related matters.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a ForgeRock Systems Administrator or similar role.
5 Years of DevOps Engineering experience with both Azure and AWS
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM or CIAM solutions.
Proficiency in configuring and administering ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenIDM, or OpenDJ.
Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, identity
federation, user provisioning, and authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization tasks.
Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within cross- functional teams.
Relevant certifications, such as ForgeRock Certified OpenAM Specialist or Azure and AWS DevOps certifications, are highly desirable.
