Teams conference Roles & Responsibilities Manage requests from internal client groups regarding Master Data requests, all requests must be completed in a timely manner. Act as a main point of contact for Account Specialists, Planning, Asset Managers, Marketing Managers, Technical Services, Credit, and other internal groups to support Master Data requests. Assure accuracy of all customer, material, and quality master data in SAP and extended systems, which may include PLM, SharePoint, and Prizm. Manage data requests to drive content accuracy and data governance. Manage technical service and permit tables with Customer Master to allow timely delivery of product to the customer. Collaborate with IT and Account Specialists to process customer label requests. Proactively perform audits and correct issues of Master Data to ensure accuracy of all Master Data in SAP. Maintain operational excellence through accurate, conscientious transactional execution according to established key performance indicators (KPI). Operate with a solution-oriented mindset with regard to process improvements; Lead change implementation for extended system improvements or other Master Data projects. Partner with peers to provide solutions, guidance to resolve business related problems. Model LyondellBasell core competencies with internal customers.
