The Associate Site Program Director is responsible for the enterprise program management and direction of operations as well as managing the relationship and strategy with the pharmaceutical client. This position will plan, coordinate, and direct the Operational strategic development of the program based on client needs, market changes, and company initiatives.

The job function will be to provide ultimate operational oversight responsibility for a portfolio of client programs. This will include, but will not be limited to, the ownership for quality, budget, and service targets along with client-specific SLA requirements. This position is responsible for annual strategic site operations planning as well as all productivity expectations. This position will also set and manage a budget to meet internal corporate goals and will periodically report site production and costs to management.

  • Responsible for directing and driving the execution of the programs, delegating responsibility to management team members, project resource needs, and ensure quality operations.
  • Ensure quality and service standards are maintained along with client-specific contractual requirements. Oversees implementation of changes. Foster ongoing client relationship by troubleshooting escalated issues.
  • Develop and build leadership talent and capability within the teams and direct reports. Providing stretch learning and development assignments to leaders reporting and other direct reports.
  • Lead and strengthen client relationships and ensure satisfaction levels are met. Responsible for client satisfaction and expansion of services. Work with consultants as required. Partner with Strategic Account manager and other team members to bring about a cohesive team.
  • Direct and utilize all client dedicated team members and resources across all products within the clients portfolio. Determine opportunities for expansions and maximizing opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Responsible for Quarterly Business Reviews with clients. Serves as the face of AssistRx with ongoing communication to the client as necessary to maintain and grow relationship.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant discipline, masters preferred or eight to twelve years related program experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills; Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Office suite, Internet, and Outlook
  • Proven leadership skills, team-orientation, and a proactive and optimistic management style
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve quality and service levels.
  • Ability to manage toward budget, service and quality goals.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading cross functional initiatives or teams.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry required.
  • Strong focus on book of business, client satisfaction and client retention results
  • Able to work well under stress, short timelines and facilitate change management
