Ciocca Dealerships is seeking a Cashier to join our service team. If you desire to work in a positive, encouraging environment and start an exciting new career, now is your chance!

Hours: Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays 12pm-6pm, some weekday mornings

Pay: $15-20/hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the facility
• Answer incoming calls and inquires and direct calls to the appropriate department/person

• Assume responsibility for cash register to ensure that all amounts are correct
• Print receipts for customers, reconcile billing problems, issue refunds, and answer questions related to the cost of services
• Assist with general front desk clerical duties as needed

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Previous experience in a customer service-related fields welcomed, but not required

• Ability to perform basic math
• Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns and build rapport with clients
• Extraverted and friendly attitude
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
