TorkLaw is an award winning personal injury law firm looking for an experienced Attorney to join our team. Seeking a highly-motivated Attorney to primarily supervise and handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Must have 2+ years of personal injury experience
Ideal candidate can work independently, supervise support staff and has experience handling claims from start to finish. This position is for someone who is looking to move up in their career, handle a large case-load and be exposed to significant value cases and work with some of the best attorneys in the country. Unlimited opportunity to grow within the firm.
Litigation and Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements
- Active license to practice law in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation cases.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling pre-litigation personal injury cases, including investigations, negotiations, and case management.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess liability and damages in personal injury claims.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to clients and other parties involved.
- Proven track record of achieving favorable settlements for personal injury clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and well-documented case files.
- Proficient in using legal research tools, case management software, and other relevant technology.
- Strong client advocacy skills, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
