Ciocca Dealerships is looking to add a Warranty Administrator to our growing team.

Schedule: This position would be daytime hours Monday-Friday.

Pay: $40,000-50,000/year

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process warranty claims in a timely manner
• Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
• Resubmit all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off
• Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Prior warranty experience is a plus, but not required
• Learns quickly and is very accurate with their work
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
