JOB DESCRIPTION: Mush Have work experience with Psych Patients Should work in Hospital Must Have DL Escort patients to groups, treatment team meetings and any other scheduled activities. Write notes on patients and monitor them Additional care also if needed and taking vitals.. Instructing groups on the unit with patients that are restricted to the unit Support with medication Plans meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals, feeding and clean-up. Accompanies clients to scheduled appointments and transports clients or running errands for clients.
