Job Description:-
EXTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will have tickets assigned to them. Supporting two buildings. Only PC/Laptop knowledge necessary.
Familiar with Dell Laptops.
No Imaging experience necessary.
Should be familiar with O365 applications and adding accounts.
Familiarity with Oracle EBS is a plus, but not required.
Will be working with mobile devices, but not too heavily.
KACE would be very nice.
Prefer to have some exp with Teams rooms (not as a high level admin but at least being able to troubleshoot), however the client said that if the contractor has troubleshooting experience with any of the Video Conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.), that will suffice!
