Gaithersburg, MD Contract Duration: 5-36 months Rate: Negotiable Responsibilities: - Excellent employment opportunity for an Oncology GPO Marketing Services Manager in the Gaithersburg, MD area. (Hybrid)
- As a key member of the National Channel Account Team Franchise Aligned to the Oncology GPO Team, the Oncology Marketing Services Manager will be responsible for:
- Market Access lead for meeting planning and outside vendors to plan and execute trade shows which differentiate Company Oncology as a leader in the Oncology Market
- Market Access lead for Oncology GPO Clinic Congresses (e.g., COA)
- Market Access lead for planning, staffing and budget management for trade shows/exhibits
- Manage GPO vendor services and program submissions with internal program review/governance team (ACERT)
- Manage Brand Budgets centralized to GPO engagements and Marketing Services with associated PMMs and Franchises
- Organize and coordinate Monthly Service allocations and Budget updates for GPO team and Brands
- Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) liaison, ensuring impactful and compliant GPO driven speaker programs
- Serve as single TA point of contact for program placement with the ONC GPO AD
- Explore development of cross-franchise programming and cross-franchise speakers
- Liaise with Sales to ensure effective program set up and provision of feedback
- Establish and maintain speaker list designated specifically for Community Oncology application
- Cross Franchise Tabletop Fulfillment Program, engage with Brand Teams and fulfillment vendor to ensure tabletop exhibit panels are available for field sales-initiated exhibits
- Ensure diligent management of a cross franchise multi-million-dollar budgets
Experience: - Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of Sales and Marketing experience
OR Associated Degree and 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience - Master's Degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional Project Management skills
- Demonstrated accountability to deliver results while managing competing priorities
- Solid problem-solving, analytic and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, including confidence in and demonstrated decisiveness when engaging with Senior Management, customers and vendors
- Congress planning and/or compliance and/or field experience
- Budget Management skills
