You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively. Requirements

The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be an all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. There are many necessary activities to satisfy any of the following performance guidelines.

• Motivated to learn concrete
• Able to lift 50+ pounds on a daily basis
• Able to understand direction and retain information
• Operate trowel, float, screed, shovel, and rake
• Only about 20% of this role is going to be Finishing. The other 80% is a variety of footings, poured walls, CMU, stamped patios, poll decks, curbs, etc.
• 6 months of experience as a concrete laborer

General

• Operate and care for construction equipment, tools, and machines.
• Assist equipment operator, and other skilled labor when necessary
• Ensure team has secured jobsite, tools and materials at end of each day.
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Other Requirements

• A Can-do attitude
• Must pass criminal background check
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle with proper insurance
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
