Provider Educator (I/DD Waiver)

Who we need:
The I/DD Waiver Provider Educator conducts provider reviews (on-site and desk audits), including completing associated reports, develops and conducts training and technical assistance with agency providers, and completes special projects as assigned. This position reports to the Lead Provider Educator.

What youll do:
1) Conduct agency provider reviews
2) Complete and submit reports associated with provider reviews including disallowance reports
3)Develop and conduct training with provider agencies and other stakeholders as needed/assigned
4) Conduct technical assistance with provider agencies as required/requested
5) Complete inter-rater reliability tasks as assigned
6) Complete special projects as assigned
9) Other duties as assigned.
What youll need:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in healthcare or a related field
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Must possess knowledge of the I/DD Waiver program
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience (preferably within the I/DD Waiver program)
- Experience using Microsoft Software
