We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Sales (RDS) to join our dynamic organization. As the RDS, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by overseeing daily activities, nurturing relationships with major clients, and crafting effective sales strategies. Your expertise in marketing our company's products and services will be instrumental in achieving our sales objectives. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans to maximize profitability and meet financial targets. Reporting directly to the Vice President (VP), you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.

OBJECTIVEAccomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans. Meets financial objectives maximizing profitability for the company by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual performance budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide professional, organized, effective, sales leadership to janitor service sales executives.

Responsible for holding the Sales Executives, Sales Associates, and Sales Coordinator accountable to all City Wide policies including the behaviors required to achieve the results needed to accomplish the sales goals.

Provide sales support and training to the Facility Services Managers (FSM)s to help them grow revenue within their client base.

Provide sales support to satellite locations leadership and sales team.

Coordinate with other department to acquire resources needed to close deals.

Drive all team members to execute on City Wide sale process.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manager new sales strategies and pilots that may result in implementation across they City Wide system.

May direct other functions such as marketing, advertising, social media, etc.

Work with National VP of Sales to continue to enhance the Kansas City sales organization as well as influence the franchise sales force.

Manage our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

Develop processes that integrate the City Wide technology system within the sales process.

Understand industry-specific trends and landscape.

Provide new employee training and orientation as well as ongoing coaching and goal setting for all Sales Executives. Responsible for overseeing and updating training programs, job descriptions and policy changes.

Ensure that all sales people adhere to the credit procedures for new accounts.

Approve all bids with your sales team and be personally responsible for training and verifying that bids are filled out properly and completely including once an account is won or lost.

Do written field evaluations, sales quarterly evaluations and annual reviews on each of your direct reports. Responsible for the annual review process and to continually make sure it is effectively measuring what our offices need to evaluate and communicate with the sales staff.

Read all trade magazines, business journals, etc., incorporate the best ideas from others, and grow our organization. Pass out/trade leads to appropriate Sales Executive.

Time Management Utilize available email and technology whenever possible so you dont waste time physically looking for someone to answer your question. Dont spend hours trying to figure it out yourself if someone can help. Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks.

Professional Demeanor Present a warm and friendly personality and a helpful, positive attitude with clients, other employees, and applicants both in person and on the telephone.

Aptitude Must have the aptitude to grasp the concept of the projects you are working on. Additionally, you must be able to see the big picture and prioritize your work accordingly. Ask why we do things so that you can improve the system.

Conflict Resolution - Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

7+ years B2B sales management experience

Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook

Demonstrated Customer Relationship Management system experience

Goal setting and sales management

Performance management

Highly analytical, with the ability to work on spreadsheets, build reports, and manage team to clear KPIs.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, multitasking environment.

Proven track record of bringing in new business.

Commitment to excellence and strong sense of accountability

Have a hands-on work style, be a team player, and always willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
