HealthIQ, a leading provider of insurance solutions, is seeking a Medicare Sales Representative to join our team in an on-site call center environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting the right Medicare plan to meet their needs. With our comprehensive training program and ongoing support, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop in your career while helping our clients achieve their healthcare goals.
Responsibilities - Educate and inform clients about their Medicare options
- Perform needs assessments to help clients select the right healthcare plan
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Document all client interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure optimal client experience
- Continuously improve knowledge of Medicare plans and industry changes
- Represent HealthIQ with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements - Active health insurance sales license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medicare sales or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
