This person will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Distribution Center team. They should be able to drive operational excellence and ensure extraordinary results.

Requirements JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage day to day operations to ensure adherence to budget and corresponding scorecard goals to drive operational efficiencies.
- Manage team and flows logistics to ensure operational excellence in:
- Fulfillment
- Receiving
- Inventory
- Reverse Logistics
- Labor Planning
- Provides leadership for the day-to-day activities for Distribution Center employees. Is able to coach, motivate and mentor employee development.
- Develop strategies for a better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies and procedures of Shinesty and standards established by OSHA
- Labor management including hiring and scheduling while staying within labor and budget expectations and meeting the demands of the facility.
- Train or provide and schedule adequate training for both new and existing employees.
- Oversees product movement and inventory controls.
- Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
- Investigates complaints or performance concerns, implementing disciplinary action as needed and in consultation with Human Resources.

MUST HAVES: - 3 + years experience in managing diverse teams in a distribution center environment.
- 1+ years of responsibility in inventory flow logic and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of ERP and WMS Systems.
- Distribution center experience:
- Fulfillment flow management: D2C, B2B
- Receiving
- Reverse logistic
- Labor planning
- Proven leadership skills.
NICE TO HAVES: - Bilingual (English- Spanish)
- Experience using Netsuite
- Working knowledge of LEAN Principles
