At Norhart, our focus is to design, build, and manage luxury apartments. As a Carpenter, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of carpentry experience
• Excellent framing knowledge (wood) and understanding of the procedures for erecting a commercial building
• Steel framing experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Experience in layouts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed
• Comfortable with ladders & heights

Other Requirements:

• A can-do attitude
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
