As a LifecycleMarketing Manager, you'll play a critical role on our marketing team to drive qualified leads, manage customer communications and execute on partner programs. Responsibilities also include:

  • Collaborating with our Partner marketing team to execute on partner programs, email campaigns, webinars and other digital campaigns
  • Aligning with Customer Marketing to execute on onboarding programs, customer newsletters and advocacy program initiatives
  • Executing on prospect email nurture campaigns and targeted email programs to increase velocity of prospects in the pipeline
  • Partnering with Marketing Operations to monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Compiling data, putting together reports, and providing strategic recommendations to improve overall marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, and working on our Demand Generation Marketing Team which includes Marketing Operations and Partner Marketing

Requirements


  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and best practices
  • You have experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred)
  • You have experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • You are proactive and highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • You are a team player, able to contribute positively to our unique company culture and work well with others.
  • You have an optimistic and positive attitude.
