About the Role

As the Affiliate Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-day needs and growth of the affiliate program. This is inclusive of:
• Evaluating, forecasting, and executing current and new revenue driving opportunities
• Collecting and distributing assets to publishers, adding screenshots of ongoing placements to the calendar/tracker, and auditing current campaigns to make sure they are live within the network and on publisher sites
• Weekly and monthly calls with vendors to discuss program growth and exposure opportunities
• Create reports and present on weekly internal reporting calls outlining program performance versus goals, key placements secured, and upcoming events
• Booking upcoming placements in accordance with allocated budget
• Identifying new partnership opportunities and proactively reaching out to and following up with potential partners on a daily basis
• Managing operational aspects of the affiliate program, including but not limited to billing, reporting, publisher screening/approvals, offer creation and creative asset management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Affiliate Marketing role
• Attention to detail and data-driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Rakuten
