Operations Associate This position will provide support within the Operations department across their various goals, initiatives, projects, and day to day functions. Key responsibilities will be assisting the development of scalable processes, ensuring adherence to operational standards, as well as helping enhance operational framework and documentation. The successful associate will have a strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment. Communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to quantify and manage all aspects of a project, balancing all key stakeholders needs. Location: Dallas, TX - onsite
Responsibilities and Duties Operations: General - Process documentation document stakeholders, purpose, systems, data & procedural dependencies, inputs & outputs, and process flows
- Develop trackable metrics to measure operational performance
- Process monitoring - evaluate efficiency of existing processes and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Develop internal and external documents and guides.
Operations: Projects - Primary point of contact (internal & external) for operational projects related to product development, new partnerships, or other ad hoc projects.
- Management and QA of all project deliverables. Manage timelines, track deliverables, provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders, and QA of deliverables.
- Internal Coordination coordinate with internal groups and gather requirements from each department. Ensure requirements are met from a process and data perspective.
- Create and manage process flows as well as internal and external documentation.
Operations: Reporting - Project and Change Management: confirm all requirements are gathered, established processes are followed, workstreams are tracked, and deliverables are quality checked related to reporting set up and completion.
- Monitor and Support: monitor performance and accuracy of active integrations and reporting. Investigate issues, provide solutions, and ensure changes resolve existing issues.
- Maintain inventory of all integrations and reporting.
- Develop and maintain EDH reporting standards documentation and processes.
Requirements - Bachelors degree required
- 4-7 years of experience related to Data Operations
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage the needs of various key stakeholders
- Proven working experience in project management
- Experience in data reporting, management, and processes
- Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite - Excel proficiency strongly desired
