Role Summary:
In this role, youll be supporting research and development operations. As a technician, you will be setting up equipment to perform experiments, writing technical process documents and making operations safer and more efficient. This is a full-time role located in our Denver, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Repairs, installs, and inspects electronics or electronic systems as directed through verbal or written communications, diagrams, drawings, or specifications.
- Determines material or replacement needs and a logical method for repair; takes appropriate action to meet those needs and makes repairs.
- Creates or adapts parts as needed to make repairs and improve the performance of various electronics.
- Instructs employees regarding safe working procedures and requirements when working with electronic equipment and components.
- Develops and maintains records related to electronic and electrical equipment.
Requirements
Youll Need These Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to follow complex directions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- This position has no specific education requirements, though experience in some or all of the following areas is strongly preferred:
- Electronics/electrical maintenance or repair
- Working with power tools such as drills
- Physics, Chemistry or Electrical R&D lab
- Inventory management
- Technical writing
- Basic construction
- Experimental design

Salary Range: $23-$27/hour (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).
