Do you love project management, marketing tech, live launches, and making sure all the moving pieces of top-priority marketing projects are working seamlessly together?

Do you want to help change the world by giving women+ the financial peace and confidence they deserve?

Do you want to work remotely for an impact-based, female-founded, fast-growing company?

We are looking for an experienced Technical Marketing Associate / Online Business Manager (OBM) to join our women-led team and be a key player in our organization who helps us reach more customers and grow our impact. We are looking for someone who believes in our mission, has heart, and is comfortable with fast-paced growth.

As Technical Marketing Associate / Online Business Manager (OBM), youll report to our Marketing Manager and be responsible for supporting our monthly live launches (flash sales and webinars), scheduling emails, building landing pages, overseeing our YouTube video publishing process, scheduling social media posts as needed, setting up webinar tech, and other duties related to supporting the functions of the marketing team.

What Youll Do

1. Set up every piece of tech for running live promotions to our email list with 100% accuracy

  • You are a pro at building and designing landing pages in Unbounce, setting up email automations in Hubspot, and creating new deadlines in Deadline Funnel to help run our monthly promotions to our list.
  • You are hyper focused on details, accuracy, and never missing a step. We rely on you for 100% accuracy, without any errors.
  • You can manage all the moving pieces of a launch (deadlines, multiple stakeholders, setting up tech, troubleshooting tech, etc.) with accuracy, timeliness, and a love for seeing it all come together seamlessly.

2. Project manage our social media content creation process

  • You work with our team of contractors - including writers and video editors to ensure our Youtube publishing schedule is executed on time and without errors. You guide the editors, you review videos, you publish content.
  • You use your video editing skills and knack for social media to cut content from Youtube videos and repurpose for our newsletter, Instagram, YouTube shorts, and Tiktok.

3. Analyze data and report on findings

  • Following promotions, you will analyze the data and report on the results. You love data, digging into the data, and making the data tell a story. You nerd out about tracking each launch sale and making sure we have accurate numbers to make decisions on in the future.
  • You also meticulously track the data on our email list and social media channels and report up to our Marketing Manager who will use your findings to drive channel strategy changes.

4. Set up and troubleshoot marketing tech

  • When something breaks, youre the first person to fix it you know how to troubleshoot a broken connection, a platform outage, or a glitch. You love finding clever workarounds, setting up UTM tracking and investigating a broken webinar.
  • Your technical prowess is remarkable, youre comfortable using any software, and you love finding new ways to use technology for the better.
  • Youre extremely familiar with making multiple moving pieces fit together, and the word integrations excites you.
  • You think simple is better. Looking at an overflowing techstack personally offends you, and you know where to trim the excess. You know how to get the job done and the data collected without overcomplicating the process.
  • You understand that technology works across departments, and you feel comfortable working with people outside of your team to make sure everything flows smoothly.

Who will you work with?

You will report directly to our Marketing Manager.

You will also work closely with our social media agency, copywriter, YouTube editors, and other contractors.

Where will you work?

We work 100% remotely and are scattered around North America from Washington to California, Florida, Texas, and Massachusetts, as well as across the world. We have 1-4x per year in-person meetings in rotating locations in the USA.

We provide flexible work hours, but ask you to be available for occasional meetings from 10am - 3pm Pacific Time and that you join us in Slack (our asynchronous communication software).
