Are you an experienced ESRD Data Analyst and Program/Technical Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise? We seek a highly skilled professional to join our Next Phase Solutions and Services. (This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or similar.) Advanced degree preferred.
• CMS ESRD data analysis and program/technical experience within the last 1.5 years is preferred, as significant changes have occurred in the ESRD system.
• Familiarity with EQRS and PQRS is highly desirable.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex ESRD data, utilizing relevant software and tools.
• Solid understanding of CMS ESRD regulations and guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your ESRD data analysis and program technology expertise to drive effective decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret ESRD data, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the ESRD field, ensuring data analysis aligns with current regulations and guidelines.
• Manage and oversee ESRD program initiations, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of program goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the ESRD community, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare reports and presentations on ESRD data analysis findings, contributing to program evaluations and improvement strategies.

Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract. We are seeking candidates excited about the opportunity to join our team pending contract approval.
