Eagle Staffing Company is excited to announce that we are searching for an RN on behalf of our client located in Bucks County, PA. If you are a Registered Nurse with a passion for working with the geriatric population, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position Details:

• Full Time, permanent
• Shift: 11pm-7am, including every other weekend.
• Previous experience working with the geriatric population preferred.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills, excellent time management and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to take initiative in the completion of duties is a must.

Compensation:

$39.50-$41.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for patients' rights in a nursing home.
• Conduct health assessments and initial screenings to determine patient's needs.
• Create and administer treatment plans to ensure the well-being and safety of patients.
• Maintain medical documentation of patient care and treatment.
• Communicate and cooperate with other medical staff.
• Work with family members of the patient to help them understand medical procedures, treatments, and medications.
• Make diagnoses using available equipment and laboratory data.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if needed.
