Highlights Level of Experience: Sr level Swiftstack and S3 resource w/Linux skills Ticket based support engineer taking tickets from queue Swiftstack support contract in place with Nvidia Will be working in a larger SRE team of 10-15 but only 1-2 other Swiftstack resources Observability, monitoring, and alerts already setup Will also assist in the migration from Swift to S3 compliant interface when S3 platform is availableRequirements Support Internal Verizon applications in the migration to Swiftstack oApplication OnboardingoSwiftstack Cluster Configuration and Maintenance in support of Application Storage Policy configuration / monitoring Tenant management Monitoring Recovery/Replacement of failed aspects of the object store clusteroTenant/Cluster Support Handle tier 3 support issues from tenants / OAM alerted issues Support Internal Verizon applications in the migration from Swiftstack towards standard S3 Intimate knowledge of the following:oNvidia SwiftStack - Object StorageoHAProxyoRedHat OpenStackRedHat OpenShift
