Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer - Remote

Location: Remote

Client Industry: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Sr. Salesforce Developer.The role will be responsible for managing daily operations related to their Salesforce systems, including design, development, and the implementation of software solutions. The developer will play a key role in optimizing their Salesforce system to align with business needs, ensure efficiency, and capitalize on the full features and benefits of the system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution designing, coding, testing, and deployment.


• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Development, SOQL, SOSL and API's.


• Plan, coordinate and execute complex projects, including the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.


• Provide technical support for existing Salesforce applications, ensuring user adoption and timely issue resolution.


• Ensure Salesforce solutions are in alignment with the overall IT strategy and business needs.


• Participate in design reviews, advising on proposed technical solutions and designs to ensure optimal results.


• Communicate effectively with senior management, team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.


• Design and manage the execution of test plans, ensuring the delivery of a quality solution.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the junior developers

Skills Required

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, and e-Commerce modules, along with their features, functionality, and limitations.


• Proficient in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Development, SOQL, SOSL, or related tools.


• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.


• Strong ability to articulate complex technical Salesforce topics to stakeholders of all business levels.


• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and analytical abilities.


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively.


• Continuous learner with a high motivation and strong desire to succeed.


• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management.

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.


• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification preferred.


• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Salesforce development.
