Job Title: NSX-T Network Engineer
Location: Jersey City, NJ/ Houston, TX/ Dallas, TX

Technical Skills:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Network engineering, with some experience with virtual networking, and some light exposure to scripting Systems engineering / DevOps.
• Strong UNIX / Linux with networking, and scripting experience
• Experience in VRO and/or VRA development and Python development
• Developing, maintaining, and supporting networks in NSX/NSX-T
• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
• Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
• Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Ensuring network reliability and availability through well-planned and implemented solutions
• Delivering network and security infrastructures

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLA's.
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews).
• Ability to issue analysis execute commands, quires document new issues helps us reduce resolution time, ability to find root cause create knowledge base should have experience & functional knowledge on baking applications.

Behavioral Skills :

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification: Good to have ITIL
