The Sales Planning Specialist is responsible for supporting the SS&P Team related to sales activation activities, execution of the business unit's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and the team's attainment of Poultry business goals.

• Responsible for maintaining internal reports using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and other internal systems.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, samples, and product cuttings, as well as any other project needs or ad hoc requests of the SS&P team.
• This role will work with Sales team members to enhance CRM integrity and provide reporting to measure CRM activities and field compliance.
• Based on the initiative, this position offers the potential for exposure to Business Units, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, FSQA, Revenue Management, Business Planning, and enhancement of computer skills.
• This position will report to the Director, Prepared Foodservice SS&P.

• Qualifications: Business or Supply Chain majors required (either in school or recently graduated).
• Experience: Previous work experience in any field. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Access Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI is a plus. Special Skills: Ability to multitask; motivated self-starter.
