In this position you will have the opportunity to transform our organization as you build upon our talent acquisition processes. You will develop excellent relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with internal clients and key leaders to drive results for the business. This position demands a balance of operational excellence, drive, creativity, flexibility, and interpersonal savvy.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for managing and leading the recruitment process for our company that is primed to experience explosive growth over the coming years. You will be expected to plan and prioritize tasks based upon workload, including the analysis of our hiring demands, onboarding readiness, and efficiency.

Position can be remote post training, might have to be onsite at times.

  • Manage the full lifecycle talent acquisition process from position requisition to sourcing/screening to hire. This also includes managing pre-employment processes such as background checks, reference checks, and drug screen
  • Build and share hiring metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable leaders to make informed decisions, meet EID representation goals, increase productivity, and create efficiencies to support business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience designing, building, and leading a full lifecycle talent acquisition function in a manufacturing environment for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Experience in high growth start-ups preferred.
  • Experience hiring, leading, and inspiring a recruiting team, including consulting with the business on needs, sourcing active and passive candidates, selection and offer negotiation.
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with behavioral based interviewing processes, implementation, and evaluation of recruiting tools (On-Demand Interviews) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Extensive experience with sourcing tools such as resume databases, social media platforms, job boards to engage candidates and develop a talent pool.
  • Comfortable "rolling up sleeves to get things done" in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels (internal clients, external partners and candidates).
  • Strong time management skills, negotiation skills and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Knowledgeable of and committed to helping the company achieve our EID representation goals.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
