We're looking for new North Carolina new grad positions that are now paying a $30,000 sign-on plus up to $5,000 relocation, paid out on their first paycheck. Two-year commitment. Please review and feel free to reach out with any questions.
Heres how it works:
Classroom, Skills Training, and Self - Study
Combines lecture, hands-on skills training, home study, and facility-specific training by facility subject.
matter experts.
Simulation Training:
The state-of-the-art simulation training provides hands-on experience to reinforce critical thinking and prioritization skills.
Clinical Preceptorship, Conducted at the hospital, each new graduate is assigned to a preceptor to train and acclimate
the resident to their new role as a Registered Nurse.
Professional Development:
Residents will be paired with a trained mentor for integration and socialization into the culture
of professional nursing, attend monthly seminars, and complete an evidence-based poster
presentation
*Candidates must have either graduated less than 12 months ago (or will be graduating within the next three months).
*Will also look at LTAC, LTC, SNF, Rehab, and subacute RNs with current experience who have never worked in acute care and wanted to get into critical care. Their first year is a paid residency program.
During their first few months, they will receive:
Essential Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification
Electrocardiogram (ECG) Dysrhythmia Interpretation
TeamSTEPPS
Meditech Training and Validation
NIH Stroke Scale Certification
5 Days of High-Fidelity Simulation
Skills practice with the hospital equipment
Customized Coaching/Onboarding for the Clinical Preceptorship
Benefit eligible after successful completion of the program.
- Starting pay rate for Med Surg is $30/hr and the starting pay for Critical care is $33/hr.
- Offering more depending on experience as a CNA or LPN.
- Shift differentials are $4 for 2nd shift, $6 for 3rd shift, and $3.50 on the weekends
