We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team on a commission-only basis. As an SDR, you will be responsible for cold outreach, prospecting, and closing sales for our remote staffing solutions. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in the tech or recruitment industry and has existing connections with recruiters in tech startups.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Leverage our suite of sales tools, including HubSpot, Orum, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drop Contact, and AI Avatar Creator, to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential clients through need assessment and understanding of their unique requirements.
  • Present CloudHire's value proposition, demonstrating how our remote staffing solutions can address client needs.
  • Overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and effective handoffs.
  • Continuously improve your sales skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR, preferably in the tech or recruitment industry.
  • Established network and connections with tech recruiters and startups.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with our suite of sales tools or similar platforms is a plus.

Benefits

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position. Our average deal size ranges from $100,000 to $350,000. You will earn a 25% commission on the revenue generated in the first year and a 10% commission for subsequent years as long as the client stays with CloudHire. In addition, we offer performance bonuses to reward exceptional results.
