We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, (link removed), TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.

In this role, you will be;

Prospecting (70 - 80% of time)

  • Leverage various outbound contact methods such as trade shows, in person meetings and emails to secure qualified, self-generated leads.
  • Create and cultivate deep business relationships with key senior stakeholders of target companies and referral partners.
  • Conduct research and analysis to surface lead opportunities, develop strategic sales plans and partner cross-functionally across the organization to materialize leads into deals.
  • Achieve performance targets as set forth.

Pipeline management (20 30% of time)

  • Convert qualified leads to open deals through converting leads generated by prospecting, leveraging your existing relationships, converting inbound inquiries, cultivating meaningful relationships with new contacts and leveraging CRM database.
  • Understand customer requirements through a consultative approach and develop robust, compelling proposals to effectively move deals through the pipeline.
  • Partner with leadership on deal-level strategies, leveraging SMEs throughout the sales process as relevant.
  • Overcomes objections and resistance to proposed solutions with key client decision makers.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about Fortress Group capabilities, technology and methodologies.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted with integrity in accordance with policies, procedures and sales practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years track record of prospecting and sales success in a quota carrying role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing relationships and pitching to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling complex, digitally driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to self start and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in beauty, health, wellness and CPG categories is beneficial.

Salary Range : $80,000 - $130,000
