Lexington ABA Solutions is a clinic based program that focuses on integrating services for the overall success of children and we are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.
The ABA clinicians work with the teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists and physical therapists to draw on each individuals expertise to create the most effective program for each child.
The role of a BCBA is to assess each child and create a treatment plan using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and monitor progress. A BCBA will assist in the growth and development of their RBTs and have opportunities for advancement in a growing company.
Lets breakdown the day to day responsibilities:
- Uses VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and other assessments to create treatment plans
- Monitors childs progress on all treatment goals through online data collection
- Provides feedback to RBTs on implementation of treatment plan
- Provides parent training as authorized by insurance
- Actively participates in treatment team meetings to collaborate with other professionals apart of the childs treatment team
- Specifically work with education professionals to assist in the generalization of skills
- Conducting direct sessions if needed
Requirements
What we need from you:
- Must have certification and license (or license eligible) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Experience working with children
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to be a functioning member of an interdisciplinary team
- Knowledge of a variety of assessments including scoring and analyzing results
