1 Resource Group, an expert in Professional, Technical and Skilled Trades services, is seeking an experienced Parts Business Development Manager for a Direct Hire position with our client in Miami, FL (link removed) As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory levels are maintained and proper procedure is followed to ensure all parts are readily available when needed. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective strategies for parts sales, pricing, and market penetration;

  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability while minimizing excess inventory;
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes;
  • Analyze market trends and customer demands to identify opportunities for expanding our parts business;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, suppliers, and manufacturers;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between parts, sales, and service departments;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of parts operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead a team of parts staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred);
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in parts management or a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of parts operations, dealership management, and market analysis;
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software (Preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365);
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
