Join the team at REEDS and become the voice of our brand as a Customer Experience Associate! Our Customer Experience team is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for every REEDS customer. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the voice of REEDS fielding real-time calls, chats, and emails from customers across the country. You must be able to resolve all customer issues professionally and knowledgeably in a timely and skilled manner while maintaining the high standards that REEDS is known for. We are specifically hiring for evening and weekend schedules at this time. Your flexibility is essential for supporting our customers and team with timely service. What youll do: - Provide solution-oriented service to REEDS customers, with a focus on exceptional luxury experiences
- Respond to all customer service inquiries or issues promptly and professionally, resolving issues within the expected timeframe provided to you by management.
- Process orders and enter data accurately into the order entry system through incoming customer contacts.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our brick-and-mortar locations, providing updates on in-store inventory, facilitating returns, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Complete all assigned training within the provided time frame to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes.

Requirements Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industry (preferred).
- Must be able to work a set schedule, which will include evenings and weekends
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide personalized, solution-oriented service to REEDS customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently to manage workload effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly to process customer orders and resolve issues effectively.
