Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is looking for a Market Insights Survey Writer to join our team! The role of a Market Insights Survey Writer involves creating well-designed and effective survey questionnaires that accurately gather the necessary data and insights for research purposes.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the creation of surveys for both insights and profile building needed to build our zero-party data bank
- Determine what data provides the most value and how to best utilize it for the user
- Create surveys for direct clients
- Research objectives, target audience and industry topics to gather information to effectively design relevant survey questions
- Craft clear and unbiased questions that are easy for participants to understand and respond to accurately
- Collaborate with researchers, project managers and other stakeholders
- Ensure the proper handling of sensitive information and comply with appropriate guidelines
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency with survey design is essential
- Knowledge of survey question types, response scales, skip logic and survey flow
- Strong written communication skills
- Solid understanding of research methods and best practices such as sample techniques, data collection approaches and survey administration methods to ensure the survey aligns with the research goals
- Familiarity with current market trends
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and ability to interpret survey data
- Strong attention to data privacy and ethical considerations
- Must be adaptable and capable of adjusting survey designs to meet changing project needs
- Experience with Survey creation tools such as: Jebbit, Alchemer, and Qualtrics

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified.
