University Village Retirement Community is looking for a qualified and experienced Make Ready Technician to ensure all vacated units are thoroughly restored to market-ready status. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has general knowledge of all make-ready tasks including drywall repair, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, tile work, installation of lighting and plumbing fixtures, appliance installation and troubleshooting. All needed tools and supplies are provided by the company. The Make Ready Technician is a member of the Maintenance Team and will be required to participate in on-call rotation. Five years of verifiable experience is a requirement for this position.
Hourly wage of $17.00 - $20.00
