About the Position:

ThePaid Media Managerwill be part of a cross-functional team of performance marketers and will contribute to strategic and tactical online media buying and planning for their assigned clients. The successful candidate will own media performance while leading media analysts toward the business objectives. This role reports to a Cross-Functional Digital Marketing Team Lead. The salary range for this position is $60k - $80K.

  • Leadership & Knowledge: You serve as a media expert and guide support for a cross-functional team of performance marketers as it relates to media strategy, optimization, and management.
  • Ownership: You are highly skilled in building and managing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong Data Storyteller: Your curious, analytical approach extends to leverage data to tell a performance story to clients. This is supported by data visualization.
  • Collaboration: You thrive at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure campaign goals are aligned and met. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients are essential.
  • Coaching: You mentor and support direct reports to expand their capabilities and individual success.

Requirements

  • Proven paid media management experience, managing successful targets beyond leads (e.g. MQLs, sales)
  • Specific platform and strategic knowledge in the following: Google Ads, Bing, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok, DV360, OTT.
  • Specific analytics and reporting knowledge in the following: Google Analytics (UA and GA4); Google Tag Manager & tag
  • Strong expertise in maximizing Google Search performance and driving effective bid strategies based on capacity/demand.
  • Experience in media buying automation/AI and paid media revenue attribution.
  • A passion for keeping up to date on industry trends and best practices, with the ability to share insights with both internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.
