GolfSuites is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager based in Lubbock, TX. The Facility Maintenance Manager reports to the Regional Facilities Manager. is responsible for the maintenance of our facility, gaming program and grounds as well as the safety of day-to-day operations. The Facility Manager oversees the repair or replacement of equipment and systems, game, and facilities maintenance as required. Travel will be required.

  • Monitor operation and use of all equipment and systems.
  • Oversee the repair or replacement of equipment and systems, game, all facilities maintenance as required.
  • Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
  • Ensure city, county, state, and federal regulations relating to the facilities are always met.
  • Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety.
  • Perform a variety of skilled building maintenance and repairs, including but not necessarily limited to:
  • Drywall repair
  • Door and Window repair and treatment installations
  • Small concrete repairs
  • Light plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Trim, framing and carpentry
  • Painting
  • Lighting repair
  • Tile work
  • Conducts regular preventive maintenance inspections for HVAC rooftop equipment, kitchen refrigeration units, hot side cooking and kitchen equipment, and, infrared bay heating units. Coordinates emergency repairs when needed.
  • Ensure Team Partners are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that facility programs/activities or projects can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
  • Initiate and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repair work, activities, and projects with venue General Manager.
  • Interact with Guests to ensure the quality of their experience.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of standard practices of the HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical trade. Certification in these areas preferred.
  • Ability to operate man-lift and forklift. Certificate of operation preferred.
  • Must be able to pass background felony check and have prior references.
  • Must be willing to travel for up to a week at a time and work in other venues as needed.
  • Must be conscientious and hard working.
  • Must be dependable and punctual.
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision at times.
  • Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and organization skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Remain flexible in approach - can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes.
  • High personal standards of conduct and professionalism, self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, ben and reach overhead for extended periods including maneuvering up and down ladders and stairs.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift,and carry objects of various weights up to 100 lbs.
